Is my information secure?

Yes. We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) whenever information is sent to us on the web. TLS is one of the safest ways to send information on the web today. We also encrypt, or “hide”, any private information when we store it on our systems.

What information do I need to make a payment?

You'll need the following information to pay online:
• Policy/Certificate number and policy owner ZIP code
• Checking/Savings account or credit/debit card
• Email address

 

If you don’t have the policy/certificate number available, in most cases we can use other information to locate your policies. 

What types of policies can I make a payment on?
You can make a payment on active Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policies that have a payment due. You may also be able to make a payment on lapsed and recently approved policies. If you are trying to make a payment on a loan, you will need to Create Your Account or Sign-In.
Where can I find information about my policy?
To see your policy details, go to Create Your Account to register or Sign-In if you already have an online service account. Recently approved Life policy details will be available 2-3 business days after your first payment is received.
Can I save my payment information for future payments?
No. When you pay as a guest, we don't save your payment information. To save your information, please Create Your Account or Sign-In if you already have an account. For recently approved Life policies, accounts can be created 2-3 business days after your first payment is received.
When will my payment be applied to my policy?
Payments are typically applied to your account within 4 business days or less.
Will my credit card/payment information be safe?

Will my email address be used for other purposes?
No. Your email address will only be used to provide the payment confirmation.
How do I make a payment on my policy loan?
We only allow premium payment through our Guest Pay service. You can Create Your Account or Sign-In to make a payment on your loan.
